Our Purpose as Coaches
To engage young men in a real, one on one encounter with Jesus Christ and teach them how to walk in relationship with Him through the mentorship of coaches to players using the vehicle of football.
Eric Johnson, Head Coach
Coach Johnson graduated from Morris College in 1989 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and graduated from Troy State University in 1995 with a Masters Degree in Public Administration. He has taught math in a high school setting for more than 20 years and has been a coach of basketball on various teams for over 20 years. Coach Johnson has been a head basketball coach at 5 institutions including the head men’s basketball coach at Central Carolina Technical College in Sumter, South Carolina.
In addition to teaching math and coaching, Coach Johnson also served as Assistant Principal at Sumter Catholic High School and Sumter High School, and as Athletic Director at Sumter Catholic High School and at Woodmont High School in Greenville, South Carolina. Coach Johnson has one son, Eric Jr. and one daughter, Kianna. He and his wife, Christine, reside in Mauldin, SC.

Ronnie Green, Director of Basketball Operations
Ronnie Green joined the Greenville Titans as Director of Basketball Operations in September 2012. He will assist with transportation, videoing games, and the team website.
Coach Green got involved with athletisc as a student trainer at Greer High School which led to a scholarship position as a student trainer at Clemson University. With 24 years of experience in the public school system, Coach Green has been an assistant football and baseball coach, head baseball coach, and an assistant athletic director as well as a high school math teacher.
Coach Green is a 1985 graduate of Greer High School and 1989 graduate of Clemson University with a BA degree in Secondary Education Mathematics. Coach Green is married to the former Sheila Jett of Cuba, Missouri. The couple has one child, Katelynn.

Christy Bailey, Videographer
Chisty Bailey joined the Greenville Titans in 2012-13 as a videographer and back-up scorekeeper. She is a 2013 graduate of Woodmont High School. She is presently attending Spartanburg Methodist College.
